BLUE BULLETS XC SEPTEMBER KICKOFF INVITE The SCJH/Bradford JH coop XC teams had an amazing day at the Blue Bullets XC September Kickoff Invite Saturday morning September 3. The teams combined for 9 PB (Personal Best). The Girls got things started with Dusti Smith winning her 4th straight race. Her winning time a PB of 11:39 shattered the course record she set 3 weeks ago by 43 seconds. Darilis Knobloch (14:02 - 11th) missed getting a medal by one place but her time was a new PB by 1 minute and 4 seconds. Norah Rorem (14:06 - 12th) was next with a new PB by 1 minute and 16 seconds. Jalynn Conlin (18:16 - 52nd) had the largest improvement on the day setting a new PB by 2 minutes and 31 seconds. Kaylee Goerks was unable to participate due to an illness. The Boys then toed the land having a tough act to follow. The Boys responded by having their top 5 finishers all set new PB. This performance propelled the Boys to a 3rd place finish out of 9 full Boys teams. Evan Knobloch (12:08 - 4th) had a 55 second PB, Hunter Ely (13:09 - 15th) a 45 second PB, Micah Stubbs (13:21 - 20th) an 1 minute and 23 second PB, Erik Knobloch (13:23 - 21st) an 1 minute 20 second PB & Will Denton (14:18 - 45th) a 22 second PB. Isaac Macke (18:46 - 93rd) and and Aidan Grinnell (20:02 - 98th) were the other two finishers for the Boys. There was 13 schools at the Invite.
